Privacy Policy

This policy explains how With Love for the Kingdom collects, uses, protects, and shares personal information through our website and Prayer Community.
Effective date: July 16, 2026

1. Who we are

With Love for the Kingdom operates this website and the With Love Prayer Community. Questions and privacy requests can be submitted through our secure privacy request form.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, password hash, role, consent status, and account timestamps.
  • Prayer Community content: prayer requests, updates, testimonies, encouragement messages, privacy choices, and interactions.
  • Pastoral and moderation information: internal notes, status changes, reports, and access records available only to authorized roles.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser information, session data, security logs, and timestamps.
  • Messages: information you send when contacting us or requesting support.
Sensitive information. Prayer requests may reveal health, religious beliefs, family circumstances, or other highly personal information. You choose the visibility of each request. Please share only information you are authorized to share.

3. Why we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, operate prayer and pastoral features, apply your chosen privacy level, moderate shared content, respond to requests, send essential service emails, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the context, processing is based on your consent, performance of the service you request, our legitimate interest in operating a safe faith community, or compliance with law. You may withdraw consent, but this does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

4. Visibility of prayer content

Each request has a visibility setting. Private requests are limited to authorized pastoral or administrative personnel; Prayer Team requests may be viewed by approved team members; Community requests may be viewed by signed-in members; Anonymous requests hide the author’s identity from other community members. Authorized administrators may access content when necessary for safety, moderation, support, or legal compliance.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers such as Google, and technical services necessary to operate the site. The homepage embeds a YouTube video using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain; Google may still receive technical information when the video loads. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect people, rights, and service security.

6. International processing

Some providers may process information outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers should use an applicable legal safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections.

7. Retention

Account and prayer information is kept while the account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. The portal’s current default retention setting is 365 days, but some records may be retained longer when required for safety, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or the establishment of legal claims. Data no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, password hashing, role-based access, protected configuration, access logging, and restricted administrative features. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and devices.

9. Cookies and sessions

The Prayer Community uses essential session cookies to keep users signed in and protect account actions. Embedded third-party content may use its own storage or identifiers according to the provider’s policies. We do not currently use the portal for behavioral advertising.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.

Request data deletion

11. Children

The service is not intentionally directed to children who cannot independently consent under applicable law. A parent or legal guardian should contact us if they believe a child provided information without proper authorization.

12. Updates

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
