1. The service
With Love for the Kingdom provides faith-based resources, prayer community features, moderation, and pathways to pastoral support. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued as the ministry develops.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may not impersonate another or create accounts for abusive, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
3. Community conduct
Use the service with compassion and respect. You must not:
- harass, threaten, shame, exploit, or discriminate against another person;
- publish another person’s private or sensitive information without authorization;
- post unlawful, sexually exploitative, violent, fraudulent, malicious, or intentionally harmful material;
- use prayer content for solicitation, profiling, advertising, or unrelated contact;
- attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private content, distribute malware, or disrupt the service.
4. Prayer content and privacy
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant us a limited permission to store, display, moderate, and process it only as needed to operate the service under your selected privacy setting. Privacy settings reduce visibility but cannot eliminate every risk of disclosure. Do not include details that are unnecessary or that you are not authorized to share.
5. Moderation and pastoral access
Shared requests may require approval. Authorized moderators, pastors, and administrators may review content for safety, pastoral response, policy enforcement, or support. We may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend an account, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary.
6. Intellectual property
The site design, branding, software, and original resources are owned by With Love for the Kingdom or used with permission. Scripture translations, videos, fonts, and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. These terms do not transfer ownership to users.
7. Email communications
We may send transactional messages needed for account recovery, prayer request updates, moderation, security, and service operation. These are not promotional subscriptions. Delivery depends on external email providers and cannot be guaranteed.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to operate it carefully but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, or that every request will receive a response. Faith-based encouragement is not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
9. Ending use
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, unlawful conduct, or risks to other users. Certain information may be retained where legally required or appropriately anonymized.
10. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. We may update these terms, with the effective date showing the current version. Continued use after material notice means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent through our contact form. Requests concerning personal information should use the privacy request form.
